• Obtaining a favorable jury trial outcome for a real estate appraiser charged by a large institutional lender with malpractice, fraud, and conspiracy in connection with the purported overvaluation of a substantial residential property. A multi-day jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of the appraiser, followed by representation in parallel disciplinary proceedings initiated before the state regulatory board.
  
  
• Securing a favorable resolution of federal court actions against a Tennessee log-home builder for copyright infringement, and a major government defense contractor in government contract claims by a subcontractor, settling the claim for ten percent of admitted value.
