Recent Examples of Client Matters Include:

• Successfully obtained the rescission of a professional liability insurance policy for a client after conducting an investigation into whether the policyholder’s answer to a question in the application asking about known or potential claims constituted a misrepresentation.
  
  
• Provided analysis and advice to insurance carrier regarding application of “professional services” exclusion in carrier’s general liability policy to allegations of sexual abuse against the policyholder (a residential health care facility).
