Hillary T. Yegen received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology from The University of Michigan and her Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law, where she participated in the Civil Trial Practice Clinic and a Marshall-Brennan Fellow. Ms. Yegen joined the firm as an associate in the Fairfax office in 2005.

She primarily concentrates her practice on the representation of healthcare providers in the defense of Medical Malpractice litigation. Clients of Ms. Yegen include community hospitals, nurses and physicians.

Ms. Yegen has litigated cases involving: Myocardial Infarction, Anesthesia, Schizophrenia, Liver Biopsy, Spinal Hematoma, Fistula Placement, Hypertension, Retrobular Block, Pain Management, Toxic Epidural Necrolysis Syndrome and Cholosteotoma.
