Josh Rahman's practice is comprised of advising proprietary and non-profit entities in a wide range of commercial transactions including acquisition, sale, leasing and counseling client’s on financing commercial transactions. Mr. Rahman represents clients in sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating contracts. His practice areas include Health Care Transactions, Corporate Law and Commercial Transactions.

Mr. Rahman earned his B.A. at Hampden-Sydney College in 1994 and his J.D. at University of Richmond in 1998.

Mr. Rahman is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and New York State Bar. Mr. Rahman is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Richmond Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and New York State Bar Association. Mr. Rahman serves as a Massey Alliance Board Member, a Junior Executive Board to the Massey Cancer Advisory Board, 2004-present.

Mr. Rahman has been named Virginia Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” and a “Virginia Super Lawyer” in Richmond Magazine. Mr. Rahman also was named by Richmond Magazine as one of the top Virginia lawyers - Rising Stars 2007.
