Lauran Glassman Stimac is an associate in the firm's litigation section. Her practice is primarily dedicated to the representation of healthcare providers in the defense of professional liability litigation. Ms. Stimac has participated in a wide variety of litigation matters including patient falls, medication errors, cardiac care, emergency medicine, and laparoscopic surgery.

Ms. Stimac received her B.A. in Leadership Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond in 2004. She earned her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2007. While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law & Technology and the Intrascholastic Chair of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Stimac also served as a teaching assistant for the appellate advocacy legal skills class at the University of Richmond.

Ms. Stimac is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Richmond Bar Association, and the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association.
