Molly Huffman practices in the corporate section of Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle, P.C. Her practice focuses on healthcare risk management, behavioral health law, employment law, regulatory compliance, corporate security and safety, and other matters relating to day-to-day healthcare operations.

She has lectured or written on the issues of guardianship, advanced directives, contributory negligence and assumption of the risk by patients, immunity for physicians regarding laboratory results, changes in Virginia’s medical malpractice laws and the Patient Safety Quality Improvement Act.

Ms. Huffman earned her B.A. in English at the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.

Ms. Huffman is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
