Rich Nagle is a director in the firm and holds the highest attorney rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell. His practice is primarily directed to the representation of health care providers in the defense of professional liability litigation. Clients of Mr. Nagle include community hospitals, nursing homes, nurses, physician groups and physicians in a wide variety of specialties. Mr. Nagle has extensive experience in defending health care providers in professional liability litigation in the jurisdictions of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

In 2008, Mr. Nagle was selected for inclusion on the Washington DC Super Lawyers list featuring the top 5 percent of attorneys in Washington, D.C.
