Stephanie Lindsey Hiss’ law practice focuses on healthcare risk management, regulatory compliance, and employment law. She counsels hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare entities regarding compliance and employment matters and represents various employers in responding to EEOC charges. Ms. Hiss has also developed educational materials on employment practices and malpractice avoidance for physicians and healthcare facilities.

Ms. Hiss earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia and her J.D., cum laude, from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.

Ms. Hiss is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association (Health Law Section), the American Health Lawyers Association, and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
