EMILY SCOTT is an associate with the firm. She practices in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. Ms. Scott’s practice focuses on commercial disputes involving healthcare providers, as well as insurance coverage litigation and counseling.

Prior to law school, Ms. Scott taught Latin in Chesterfield County. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Master of Arts in Classics from the University of Texas.

At the University of Richmond School of Law, Ms. Scott was a member of the McNeill Law Society and Moot Court Board and served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology.
